How to reset and reconfigure Deco network via Deco app

Hi DC Tech Customer， Please follow the instructions below to reset and reconfigure your Deco network. Then you can manage the network via the Deco app. Here we take Deco M4 as an example. 1. Press the RESET button at the bottom of each Deco for one second. The LED light changing from pulsing yellow to solid yellow indicates a successful reset. 2. Go to Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below to download and install the Deco app. 3. Launch the Deco app and use your TP-Link ID to log in. If you don’t have a TP-Link ID, sign up first. 4. Select your Deco’s model number. 5. Follow the app instructions to plug in your devices, and wait until the Deco’s LED pulses blue. 6. Connect to the Deco’s Wi-Fi using the default SSID (Deco_XXXX) printed on the product label of the Deco. Then go back to the Deco app and tap “I Have Connected”. 7. Assign your Deco to a room. If the location is not listed, you can create a new one by choosing Custom. This will be the name of Deco. 8. Select the internet connection type and enter the information. If you are not sure, contact your internet service provider 9. Create your Wi-Fi network name and password. Then connect your phone/tablet to the newly set Wi-Fi network. 10. Your Deco network is now up. Connect all the devices to the Deco network. You can select “I’m Done for Now” to complete the setup or “Add Another Deco” to add more Deco units.
